Rules and Regulation

This is a BRIEF overview of the Rules and Regulations for Foothills
(Contact our office if you want a complete outline of all the Rules and Regulations)
The rules and regulations, fines and penalties shall apply to all the unit owners, their guests and tenants.

Building & Grounds
Appearance and cleanliness of the outside of the condo is the responsibility of each unit owner and/or their guests.
  • No towels, bathing attire, laundry and other items must not be placed over outside railings or put on the balconies, patios, windows or exteriors
  • No bird feeders shall be mounted on patios, porches, decks or any walls of the condo
  • Sidewalks, driveways, entrances, or passageways shall not be obstructed or used for any purpose other than ingress and egress from the units
  • No personal items such as toys, bicycles, or other items shall be placed on the front porches, patios, walkways, parking lots, or other common areas. Common Elements shall not be used for general storage areas
  • No offensive or unsightly appearance shall be on the patios, porches or walkways
  • Fireworks are prohibited
  • Firearms are prohibited including B-B guns
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00AM
  • NO pets allowed
  • NO climbing or playing on entries of buildings, retaining walls or landscaping
  • NO Littering
  • Trash, junk, litter and other debris shall be placed inside trash dumpsters. No appliances, water heaters, batteries, tires, furniture, Christmas trees, etc., shall be placed in trash containers or inside dumpster fencing
  • Burning is prohibited
  • Parking in front of dumpsters is prohibited
  • No Satellites
  • RV’s must be parked in areas approved by Foothills property managers and are subject to removal/towing at owners expense. No semi-truck/trailers shall be allowed to park on the property at any time
  • Vehicles shall be parked in designated parking areas
  • No more than 2 vehicles allowed per condo
  • No trailers, campers, boats, canoes or other watercraft
  • The parking, storage or repair of unlicensed, expired license, or disabled vehicles is prohibited
  • It’s everyone responsibility to report all violations to the Foothills property management
  • All-terrain vehicles are prohibited
  • Speed limit is 15 M.P.H.
  • The tampering or destruction of landscaping is not allowed
  • No “For Sale” or “For Rent” signs permitted anywhere on the property
In the Pool Area
  • Everyone using the pool needs to have a pass
  • No Lifeguards are on duty
  • No Glass containers, Kegs, or Alcoholic beverages allowed
  • Shower before entering the pool or hot tub
  • No Running or horse playing around the pool or hot tub
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent
  • Appropriate swim attire should be worn
  • No Diapers allowed
  • No Nudity
  • No BBQ grills
  • No Food or eating allowed in the pool area
  • No Pets
  • No Smoking
