The Woodland Estates Patio Homes are a Branson rental community of newer homes with two car attached garages. Most of the patio homes in the Woodlands provide all major appliances including washer and dryer. There are four different floor plans to choose from with 1,200 to 1,900 square feet of living area containing 3 bedrooms and 2 or 2.5 bathrooms. These units have an open floor plan with lots of space as well as a small yard for when you want to enjoy the outdoors. These homes also feature a small patio on the back, some with a view of the Ozark Mountains. Most of these patio homes allow small pets with a $250 pet deposit.
