ADVERTISING: In addition to our website, www.thousandhillsrealty.com, we advertise with traditional yard signs (where allowed), as well as other Internet sources such as Hotpads, Trulia, and Zillow. We also use social media sites such as Facebook and Instagram.

SCREENING: Once an application is received, we check the applicants’ credit, verify their income and current/past rental history. There are occasions when we simply cannot approve an application, approve applications only with certain conditions(extra deposit, co-signer, etc.) and /or if we’re on the fence with a decision we would contact you, address the circumstances and concerns, allowing you to be a part of that decision making process.

MAINTENANCE: We use maintenance contractors for everything from general maintenance, to plumbing, and HVAC technicians. We even have a number specifically for tenants to call or text for weekend and after-hours emergencies. We require all vendors to carry a minimum of $500,000 of liability insurance and name Thousand Hills Realty as additional insured.

Any property whether a one room apartment, multi-family, or an executive home is a big investment. The trust placed in us to manage your investment is an obligation, opportunity, and a privilege we do not take lightly.
